The Challenge
Operations analysts consolidated metrics manually each week across multiple tools: a slow, repetitive process that pulled senior people away from analysis and into copy-paste.
What MPS Built
A lightweight pipeline that ingests the source systems on a schedule, normalizes the metrics into one store, and surfaces them through a live dashboard, so the weekly report assembles itself instead of being rebuilt by hand.
The Result
Weekly reporting dropped from about twelve hours to ninety minutes, and the numbers are consistent run to run because they come from a single normalized source rather than ad-hoc spreadsheet pulls.
